backgroundI’m a strategic partner and cross-functional operator who helps leaders clarify their vision and turn it into traction. Across my experiences, I’ve been driven by a throughline: identifying and amplifying the most disruptive, high-impact innovations in healthcare.
As a Program Associate at the Consortium for Technology & Innovation in Pediatrics (CTIP), a national, FDA-backed medtech accelerator, I support early-stage medical device founders in sharpening their positioning, articulating their value, and accelerating growth. Over the past two years, I’ve built a comprehensive advisory program from the ground up, supporting a portfolio of 100+ pediatric startups that have collectively raised more than $95M during my tenure.
Previously, I was an Associate Intern at Jumpstart Health Investors, an early-stage healthcare venture firm with $70M+ AUM, where I sourced and evaluated investments in culturally competent care, healthcare IT, and pediatric behavioral health.
I graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College, Columbia University, with a BA in Psychology, and I’m known for bringing intentionality, insight, and high-quality execution to everything I do.
Outside of work, I share stories through dance and digital content, creative practices that inform my narrative-building approach to business development.
